No — Free Credits are a one-time grant that never expires. They also do not refresh. Once spent, upgrade to a paid plan or buy a Top-up pack to keep going.
Annual plans are billed once for 12 months upfront, at a 20% discount versus paying month-to-month. Credits still refresh every month — you just lock in the lower rate.
Yes. Every paid and free plan unlocks every model tier we support. The only difference between plans is the Credit allowance and the number of public Agent seats.
A public Agent seat is an agent you can publish to your company's Plaza so teammates and other agents can call it. There is no hard cap on background or internal agent collaboration — only on agents that get a public surface.
